Cone Crushers
When evaluating liner replacements, we recommend you change the mantle and bowl at the same time. This ensures that the parts match when commissioning and wear at the same rate, reducing the risk of part failure while minimizing stoppages due to servicing.
Crusher liner sets can be supplied in either standard or short-head variations to suit various feed sizes and closed-side settings.
Terminology
MANTLE
Covers the cone head of the crusher to protect it from wear. It is the inner sacrificial wear liner that sits on the cone head.
CONCAVE
Sits in the upper frame of the crusher to protect it from wear. It is the outer sacrificial wear liner that sits inside the upper frame.
Jaw Crushers
For jaw crushers, we supply a range of jaw dies and liners with a variety of teeth options to best suit the application.
The jaw crusher is a compression type crusher. Feed material is crushed between fixed and movable jaw dies. Large particles are crushed in a single layer, referred to as single-layer crushing. Smaller particles are crushed rock on rock, referred to as multi-layer crushing.
